REGISTRATION FORM——2010 5 Week Session: June 29 – July 30, 2010 (no school July 5, 2010) Location: Enfield High School, 1264 Enfield St., Enfield, CT Time: 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (daily) Grades: 9-12 Tuition/Fees: Enfield Residents $235.00 (per course); Non-Residents $250.00 (per course) TO REGISTER: Please mail the completed registration form to: KATHY CHAPDELAINE, SUMMER SCHOOL DIRECTOR ENFIELD PUBLIC SUMMER SCHOOL 124 NORTH MAPLE ST. OR register in person in the Main Office at Enfield High School on Thursday, June 24, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or Enrico Fermi High School on Thursday, June 24, 2010, or Friday, June 25, 2010 between 7:30 and 11:30 a.m.
Enclose a check or money order (no cash), payable to ENFIELD PUBLIC SUMMER SCHOOL. There will be a $20 surcharge for returned checks. Please note that the Director reserves the right to withdraw any summer school course due to inadequate enrollment. In such instances tuition will be refunded.

GED Preparation Class, July 6 through August 12, Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., Asnuntuck Community College, Room 208
GED Practice Tests and Registration, Tuesdays, year round, 12:00 to 3:00 p.m., CT Works, 620 Enfield St.
Math Lab, Wednesdays, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Fermi High School, Room D214, call (860) 763-7032 to register for this lab.
